How to choose in three questions
- How much driving do you want? The Uco Valley is 1 h 20 to 2 h each way, so it needs a full day. Luján de Cuyo is 30 to 45 minutes and works as a half day, or as your first day in Mendoza.
- Do you want depth or variety? Three wineries is the honest maximum in a day. If you want to understand rather than collect stamps, Meet the Winemakers is the one.
- Is wine the whole trip? If you have three days, most guests do Uco, then Luján, then either the Andes or horses to break the rhythm.

Which wineries will I visit?
We work with boutique and historic estates in both regions and choose yours according to the season and the cellar calendar. How much does a wine tour in Mendoza cost?
Our private tours start at USD 140 per person. The final price depends on group size, how many wineries you visit and whether a paired lunch is included. You always get the full price in writing before booking.
Uco Valley or Luján de Cuyo — which one first?
If you only have one day and wine is the reason you came, choose the Uco Valley for altitude and Andes views. If you have half a day, or you have just landed, Luján de Cuyo gives you historic Malbec with far less driving.
Are the tours private or shared?
Private only, from two guests. No shared vans and no fixed script, which is why we can change the plan on the day if the cellar is doing something worth seeing.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable. During harvest, from late February to April, book earlier: the small wineries take a limited number of visitors per day.
What is the best month for a Mendoza wine tour?
Harvest, from late February to April, is the most alive moment in the cellars. October to December gives green vineyards, snow still on the Andes and easier availability. We run tours all year.
